The biggest challenge in esthetic is when one or two anterior teeth are involved since it is very difficult to match the color and shape perfectly of the new crown or veneer to the existing dentition.

In order to accomplish this, one option and the most common one is to involve several healthy teeth but with the consequence of turning a single tooth problem into multiple possible future problems.

The other option we prefer is to keep the problem limited to the affected tooth or teeth while we still can provide an excellent outcome.
